The automatic sealing machine for insulating glass is a kind of equipment specially designed for insulating glass production. （1）设备安装调试后应具备以下功能：

检查各部件是否完好

清洗机器内部
Clean the inside of the machine
检查电源是否符合要求
Check whether the power supply meets the requirements
连接好所有线路
Connect all lines
打开水气阀
Open the water vapor valve
按下总开关
Press the main switch
接通电源
turn on electricity
启动电机
Starting motor
打开冷却水阀门
Open the cooling water valve
检查电机旋转方向
Check motor rotation direction
接通压缩空气阀门。
Connect the compressed air valve.
调节气压至适当位置、按下启动按钮、开始工作
Adjust the air pressure to the proper position, press the start button, and start working
1.工作时如发现压力表指针上升缓慢或下降则说明供气管路有泄漏现象
1. If the pointer of the pressure gauge rises slowly or drops during operation, it indicates that there is leakage in the air supply pipeline
2.如出现噪音异常情况请立即关闭气源

3.请勿用手直接接触气动元件以免发生烫伤事故
